Peace of mind and value for money

I cannot fault the service I have received for my 2 cats. I have made 3 claims and each time, there has been no quibble and a prompt settlement. My premium hasn't changed greatly either. So nice to have peace of mind and confidence in my pet insurance at quite challenging and distressing times. I would and have 100% recommended them. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Great Insurer

I would definitely recommend Emporium , as a customer for pet insurance. My cat developed lifelong conditions and Emporium were very helpful, paid claims promptly with no fuss. My cat passed away and I have insured my new cat with Emporium. I have confidence in them and especially as my pet is 15 and they still insured ‘for life’ policy.
