horse insurance.The Empouraim

its the firat time i've own a horse. The staff at The Empouriam. have been most helpful and understandind. The advice on which policy was the best suited to our needs was outstandingly given in user friendly volcabary. I even phone 5 mins before closing. Northing was ever an issue very helpful staff i never felt under pessure to buy something i didnt need. When the dreaded day came when we lost our horse. The staff member was so understanding especilly when i was crying so much. we where never left wainting for our money. Thanks for being there and thanks for being brillant. Pet Insurance

Always able to speak to a human when ringing the office, which doesn't seem to be in fashion today. Everyone is polite and efficient, and whatever you require is dealt with promptly. At present I see no reason to change to any other company for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
