Easy to deal with and reliable

We've had pet insurance with The Insurance Emporium for years and they're straightforward to deal with and usually the cheapest or very nearly the cheapest. More importantly we've had to claim twice and both times our claim was settled with no hassle. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Amazing cover & service

Dog insurance is brlliant. Couldnt believe how much cover we get AND premiums have hardly gone up despite claims for hip surgery ( twice). Can not fault customer service or speed of settlement. Keep it going ! Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Fair premiums, fair pay-outs

I have had 2 horses insured with The Insurance Emporium for several years. One horse has had two quite serious accidents during this time. On both occasions, claiming was straight forward and quick which made a stressful situation much less so. I always recommend The Insurance Emporium to my friends. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
