Easy to deal with

I’ve done everything on line with this company but unbelievably easy. Only had to make one claim in a year but absolutely no problem, dealt with promptly and with care. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Great service

I was with the insurance emporium through the life of my last dog, he had a lot of health issues towards the end, and always found them professional and kind. I’ve since signed my other dog, and my newly adopted one up with them as well. Unsure if I’d trust another company with what’s most precious to me. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Super pet insurance

I have both my animals insured with The Insurance Emporium. When my dog became seriously ill with HMIA there was absolutely no problem with the claim. Form easy to complete and they pay directly to the Vetinary practise concerned. Following this, a few years later, the dog again became seriously ill and had to have his spleen removed. Yet again The Insurance Emporium paid the claim promptly. This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the BEST insurance company going and I recommend them whole heartedly. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
