I have never had a bad experience with my claims with The Insurance Emporium. They’ve never refused my claims and have always been very helpful if I have needed to contact them to ask questions about my policy. I would recommend and have recommended them to friends! Reviewed on: 31st July 2024

Initially, could not find the excesses on the quote.

Initially, could not find the excesses on the quote. It referred to the Schedule, but as I had not purchased the insurance yet, I had no Schedule. Rang the Helpline, assuming it was just me being daft and over looing it, but it appears not, as they could not find the excesses either. The suggestion was I could apply, and cancel in 14 days to find out the excesses. Against what should have been my better judgement, I did this, and swiftly found out the excesses made the policy uncompetative, and not fit for my needs. Requested it be cancelled within an hour of receiving the email acknowledgement, and that was four days ago, and I have not heard a peep from The Insurance Emporium to confirm receipt of the cancellation. N.B. The Insurance Emporium responded to my review elsewhere, claiming they had emailed confirmation of cancellation to me. I have never received that email, and have checked junk mail folder to ensure it had not been incorrectly sent there. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024
