Fair price for pet insurance

Using comparison sites we found the Pet Emporium gave us the best deal on insuring our pets. Fortunately, we haven't had to make any claims, in the >5 years we have used them, so I can't comment on their claims procedures. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

The best of the bunch

After a year with PetPlan we moved to The Insurance Emporium (recommended by a friend) after PetPlan wanted to double our premiums despite us having no claims. Our experience with PetPlan made us wary of all pet insurers but we needn't have worried. The Insurance Emporium have been excellent - great communication; reasonable premiums; swift payment of claims (made through the Vet) and completely hassle free to deal with. I only wish we'd found them before our poor experience with PetPlan. Very happy with them and intend to stay with them all the way. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
