5 star insurance at an affordable price. I have needed to claim twice for my treasured pet following shock accidents and they have been calm, understanding and compassionate. Friendly, knowledgeable, smooth

My cat is 18 years old. He had a strange infection in his nose that was causing discomfort to him (and to us as he smelled awfull!). Throughout the process with the vet The Insurance Emporium walked me through what we needed to do and where we stood (especially when it came to a potential £1600 nasal flush!). They helped organising the claim and were very swift in processing it. The people at the end of the line were great at taking the stress and hassle away. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Excellent Service

Some years ago when we bought a new puppy I chose The Insurance Emporium as my preferred insurance and took a lifetime style insurance package for my dog. This was a good decission as at about a year of age the dog contracted a lifetime illness which requires longterm drug support. As a result we are repeatably having to resort to theinsurance company via our vets for reimbursement of the cost of the drugs . The Insurance Emporium always make the refund payments without fuss directly to the vets at the same time keeping me informed of the progres of each transaction. This is completed at a reasonable cost to me all without me having to interact betwen the two parties i.e. the insurance company and th vet. The renewal process is also a straight forward operation paid annually and one that I can almost forget about adding to a positive relationship In all a very good relationship which appears seamless in its operation, one that I would highly recommend !! Really helpful polite staff during a stressful insurance case

Nothing worse than a poorly horse and the fear of vet bills however insurance emporium was very very helpful and all was under control. During every call the the staff was extremely polite and explained all my confusions taking time to explain what was included and what I needed to do next during my insurance claim making a stressful time much less stressful!
