Excellent Pet Insurance

I have been with The Insurance Emporium since they were E&L, must be over 20 years now. They are an excellent pet insurer. They give a discount for multi pet households. They are very competitive on price and they have always paid any insurance claims I have had to make over the years. I have had Great Danes, Dalmatians, Crossbreeds and a Springer Spaniel. I have a young daschund and again, really good prices insurance. I would highly recommend them and my renewal is due soon, I will be sticking with The Insurance Emporium. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

So far, so good!

I've been with The Insurance Emporium for a few years, and never had any issues with claims (apart from a couple of emails which got lost, but the issue was sorted eventually). One of my cats unfortunately started having some health issues, and having insurance has been invaluable. We plan to keep our pets with this insurance provider because they've been great so far. Great prices and Cover

Peace of mind and value for money

Total peace of mind when needed the most when your pet is I'll or injured. Swift payment takes away any financial worries. Excellent customer service and support giving reassurance at times of worry and stress. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Best cover ever

No other insurance company renews the policy monthly if you pay monthly. I've claimed twice and both times they paid in full and quickly. I've recommended them to lots of people and my vet is very impressed Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Always there

We had a couple of issues with our Dachshund which eventually led to her demise. Throughout the process IE where understanding and worked with out vets to ensure that she was looked after and that we received the claims in as shorter time as possible. Excellent service

Having had to use our insurance for some quite serious issues with our cat, we found The Insurance Emporium to be really helpful and got the job done without unnecessary stress or problems.
