Great Service

Recently had to have urgent Operation on our dog. Surgery was costly which was an added worry on top of worrying about our fur baby! However, claiming was easy and funds back into Account within 2 weeks ! Would highly recommend The Insurance Emporium Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Quickly processed claims

Been with them for few years. Made claims for guinea pig and for my dog last year. They processed claim timly and had money in bank account two days later. I.m on silver cover. I regret i didn't go for platinum cover. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Brilliant company to deal with

Our French Bulldog developed a life threatening back injury, and having never made an insurance claim before I was lost with if I could claim, what cover I actually had, what would once had claimed and how long it would take to get paid. One phone call to Emporium and my mind was at ease. It was delt with very quickly and smoothly. My vet couldn’t believe the cover that I had and how fast they were paid out. Obviously the premiums went up but that always happens. I’ve been with them nine years and I’m still very happy with the company. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

We would have had to put our dog down without emporium!

We unfortunately experienced a sick pet who's options were surgery or a lifetime of pain management. Emporium picked up the phone, spoke to a person (rare these days) and was assured exactly what I was covered for and how they could help. I was blown away by the costs and how much was covered by my coverage. I'll never not have pet insurance and I have no reason to shop around. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Excellent pet insurance

Unfortunately our Beagle ruptured both cruiciate ligaments and needed surgery. The Insurance Emporium settled all the fees required promptly and efficiently. Excellent customer service when dealing with my enquiries wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
