Very kind and sympathetic service

Complete peace of mind

We have a lifetime policy for many years for both of my dogs. You hope never to need to make a claim but one of my dogs took multiple seizures. The insurance emporium reassured us that all scans, treatments and medications would be covered. Without their assistance we would have really struggled to cope financially with all the vet bills. Life savers

Without insurance it is fair to say we wouldn't have our Gracie, she was diagnosed with heart failure just weeks before her 2nd birthday! She needed a pacemaker the op cost thousands but thanks to insurance emporium she was covered . Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Easy no hassle claims

The claims were put through and the response was an acceptance of all claims applied for set out in a very easy to read document, they answered very quickly when I called...just ensure to read the limitations, the caps are a lot lower than standard vees so still had to pay out a lot despite having a high allowance Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Pet Insurance for my cat

Excellent particularly for older pets

Have been with them since 2011 and insured an elderly rehomed cat and so far, three older rehomed dogs - one over 13 - Excellent service and low insurance costs. Have recommended to others. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
