Very friendly, efficient staff. Super efficient when paying out claims!!

I've been with The Insurance Emporium now for two years. I have another policy with pet-insurance.co.uk which has been running now for many years. During all that time (probably 10 years or more), I have always found the staff to be very friendly, efficient and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The Claims Department is super efficient. I cannot fault them. The premiums are very good value for money and the level of monthly cover is outstanding. I would recommend The Insurance Emporium to anyone who was thinking about switching to a new provider. Will I be switching from The Insurance Emporium? - Definitely not!!! Hassle free insurance

Rare to feel so positively about an insurer!

A pleasure to have pet insurance through the insurance emporium. Every time I've had to call with a query and when I've had to make a claim they have been so friendly, helpful, quick and efficient. I cannot find a single fault, truly a good all round experience. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Friendly & Efficient - highly recommend

I 100% recommend the Insurance Emporium as they are such an efficient professional business. We’ve sadly had to use our pet insurance quite a bit in the last few years making large claims for our dog & although they’ve paid out a lot , they’ve also kept their annual increases to a minimum.
