Hassle free insurance

Rare to feel so positively about an insurer!

A pleasure to have pet insurance through the insurance emporium. Every time I've had to call with a query and when I've had to make a claim they have been so friendly, helpful, quick and efficient. I cannot find a single fault, truly a good all round experience. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Friendly & Efficient - highly recommend

I 100% recommend the Insurance Emporium as they are such an efficient professional business. We’ve sadly had to use our pet insurance quite a bit in the last few years making large claims for our dog & although they’ve paid out a lot , they’ve also kept their annual increases to a minimum. Wonderful Service

The last 2 years or so have been a tough time for our German Shepherd Bella. She has had 2 cruciate ligament operations and ongoing treatment for bacterial infections. Through all this the Insurance Emporium have supported us not only financially but in a caring and professional manner. Their customer support team are exceptional, have not once queried any claim and even phoned us one time simply to ask how Bella was doing. Despite the numerous claims paid their renewal premiums only increased slightly. They are without any doubt the best insurance company we have ever dealt with. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
