The Ultimate Insurance Provider

I insure both my cats and dog with The Pet Emporium- they dealt with all the paperwork when my dog needed surgery. Liased with the vets and took the stress out of an upsetting time. Claim settled without having to pay an expensive bill- only paid the optional excess. Incredible cover at affordable prices- I have recommended to friends and family. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Helpful and reliable

Excellent!

All 3 of my cats are insured with Pets Emporium. They weren't originally but I swiftly moved over to them. I get lifetime cover and bills are paid promptly. I wish I'd been with them when I first got my cats but I'm glad they're covered with them now. Can't fault them! Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Great policy

Very friendly, efficient staff. Super efficient when paying out claims!!

I've been with The Insurance Emporium now for two years. I have another policy with pet-insurance.co.uk which has been running now for many years. During all that time (probably 10 years or more), I have always found the staff to be very friendly, efficient and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The Claims Department is super efficient. I cannot fault them. The premiums are very good value for money and the level of monthly cover is outstanding. I would recommend The Insurance Emporium to anyone who was thinking about switching to a new provider. Will I be switching from The Insurance Emporium? - Definitely not!!!
