Wonderful support at a very emotional time

Our 12 year old Whippet died earlier this year after 24 months of problems with his heart and related conditions. Throughout this period The Insurance Premium were very supportive within the scope of our cover with no fuss quick payouts and understanding feedback etc. They made a very emotional and expensive situation much easier to cope with. I have had the sad pleasure of dealing with pet emporium insurance on two separate occasions with the loss of 2 dogs with & after treatment & all I can say is that myself & the Vets have never had any problems with claims. Have recommended to lots of people who have also taken out pet insurance top company well recommended 10/10 & fantastic staff 100%. Thank you Pet Emporium Insurance. Satisfied customer.
