Never had to claim

Never had to claim so can’t comment on that side of things. My only qualm is that the excess isn’t at a set rate but instead is 17% of the vet bill, which could be costly if there is a serious problem to claim for. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

The best cover I have found for my dogs

I have been with The Pet Insurance Emporium for many years. It isn’t the cheapest but the cover is second to none. With this policy, I have never been in the agonising position of having to weigh up cost against my dogs’ needs for treatment. Claims are dealt with very promptly and telephone lines are operated by real people and my calls have always been answered quickly. There’s no hard sell and operators are personable and keen to find the right option for customers. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Always friendly, no issues!

I have two cats insured with the Insurance Emporium and have, unfortunately, had to claim one for a RTA and one for an eye condition. I was able to speak to a friendly person (no robot) at the Insurance Emporium and they paid the claim with no hassle at all. I have recommended them to friends and family. Great service

Insurance emporium were fantastic for both my claims with them. Quick to pay and always on the end of the phone for any queries. They covered my horse’s nebuliser which other companies would not cover for friends with similar issues. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

First Class Insurance

We have been with this company for 13 years and have been very happy with the service. We have used other companies in the past and they don’t come close. We have not found another company to rival the level of cover they offer. It’s so reassuring, when veterinary fees are so expensive. Customer service are always very helpful. Easy to claim!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff on the end of the phone but also an easy to understand website with downloadable claims forms for your vet to fill in and send direct, could not be easier or faster! Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Affordable Comprehensive Pet insurance

Thankfully, I have not needed to use my pet insurance for any of my thee dogs, so my only experience is accepting each of the renewals over 3 years. I have just received this years renewal and was pleasantly surprised with the very slight increase in Premium. Thank you. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

A company who care

My dog radar was diagnosed with a hernia and needed to have specialist surgery. I was terrified for him anf also the thought of how much his operation would cost. Upon calling the TIE i was put to ease right away and walked through the process of making a claim. The policy was paid out within a week of my claim and was such an easy processs to complete.
