Helpful and easy to deal with

I have lifetime insurance policies for 4 pets and have claimed several times over the years. The insurance emporium colleagues have always been friendly, helpful and informative. When I've had queries around renewal they are quick to respond and I always feel valued as a customer and that they care. Their employees always sound happy to be there and are genuinely concerned when you're calling about your pet being poorly. Excellent caring service

Unfortunately we had our youngest jack russell need an op to remove a lump from the side of his face, everything went really well but then our eldest jack russell needed an op to remove a lump from the top of her head, Emporium were so friendly and helpful on both occasions, I can't praise them enough for all their help Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Great supporter during the times of a need!

Unfortunately my dear cat passed away. It was super difficult time for me and I didn’t have an idea how to deal with this loss, not even to talk about insurance and all of that. Easy to claim good budget cover

Its a good comprehensive cover for my senior cat that gives me cover that the other leaders wont cover viz shes 18+ ! But yhese guys vover evey year no problem and payout ! Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
