Great Insurance Provider for our Dog

My dog was sadly diagnosed with Elbow Dysplasia when a pup. This insurance cover was hassle free and actually after his initial medical treatment. The following 2 years he has not need to claim and our premium went down. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

They cover boat dogs!!

The customer service was excellent, as I sought to find an insurance company that will cover my boat-dwelling dog!! They were clear and reassuring on the phone. The Insurance Emporium is the only company I could find that happily insure dogs with no fixed address. I'm really happy I went with them, the price was better than the high-end pet insurance, while providing the same benefits. The Insurance Emporium really has put my mind at ease. Stands out from the crowd by miles!!

I moved to pets Emporium due to the price initially but braced myself for a few quirks, hidden conditions, charges, poor customer service. BUT NO! They were absolutely brilliant when my Golden Retriever had to have his cruciate ligament done. He went to the TV vet for the operation and the insurance covered it. No challenges....fast payment and the customer service was so supportive that I felt like I was talking to a member of my own family. I have stayed with PE and will insure all of my future pets here.
