Service has been good !

I have 4 pets insured with this company ( only had to claim for one so far) but been with them 5 years- usually no problems but some discrepancies with what they payout and what vets charge ( I would say they are right to challenge fees but the insuree loses out ) Reviewed on: 25th September 2022

good service

I have been with emporium for several years now,. Lost two Bichon dogs within 6 days of each other in June 2020. Claims were paid within days with no agrument. I now have a Shichon coming up to 2 years old and didnt hesitate to go back with emporium. I believe them to be a very trustwothy company Reviewed on: 25th September 2022

God value pet insurance

Staff are helpful and friendly, it’s refreshing to be able to speak to a real human to answer queries. Claims are settled without fuss and fairly quickly. The premium is reasonable and didn’t increase dramatically after we had to claim. Reviewed on: 25th September 2022

Cat insurance

I surfed the Internet looking for pet insurance I liked the level of cover you were offering I signed up for it. My insurance is renewed automatically each year. Takes the worry away from myself. Pet emporium keeps me updated with any changes. Reviewed on: 25th September 2022

Really honest pet insurance!

I've had my dog, Levi insured with the Insurance Emporium for quite a few years now, just for injuries caused by accidents. They have never ripped me off and they always try to keep my premium as competitive as possible. A few years ago, Levi got bitten quite badly by another dog, which resulted in him having to have emergency surgery, which proved to be a lot more expensive than we could afford at the time. As soon as Insurance Emporium received the details of Levi's medical treatment they paid out immediately, much to our relief! I would always use Insurance Emporium for my pets.
