Friendly and efficient service

I have an elderly dog and have used a number of insurers over the years, this company is the best. I have had to submit a few claims recently and they have been dealt with quickly, fairly and effciently unlike previous experiences with other providers. Claim dealt with quickly.

Claim was made and money in the bank within a week. Second claim in the same illness dealt with just as quickly. This is the 4th year I've been with the company and will continue. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Reliable, contactable & supportive

I’ve insured three horses with insurance emporium and have had to claim on all three for different reasons. I never had any issues contacting them, they’re always very helpful and informative either via email or phone call. They’ve been very reliable in paying out for vet bills and quick to respond and action if I query any new exclusions. The company and staff provided me with great kindness and support in a heartbreaking time for me and have also provided me with comfort and stability in stressful times of diagnostics and treatments. Another big positive is that my premiums did not skyrocket at renewal after the claims. As a whole this insurer to me has been very fair and everything you would hope (but not believe) an insurer to be like… a dream! Reviewed on: 24th September 2022
