the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great communication.

Thankfully haven't had to use them yet as our 4 cats remain healthy. So have deducted one star as haven't had that experience yet. But communication with them has been fantastic, rates are reasonable, and have no complaints whatsoever in the 2 years we have been with them. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Happy to help

We have a male silver spotted cat , he had a prolapse in his bottom, they were quick to say a payment would be given, after that he had another two operations on his eyes for his bottom eye lashes turning inwards, happy too pay out, so definitely would recommend this insurance company, luckily he’s fine . Great Service & products

I have had pet insurance for both of my dogs. It’s one of things you pay for but would rather not ever have to use. Sadly one of our dogs became very poorly and we had to make a claim. The policy was worth every penny, we had no issues making claims or receiving the payouts. The staff are always friendly & very helpful. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022
