Long time customer, great insurer

I have insured 3 of my animals with insurance emporium and remain very happy with their service. I had to claim for my first dog who sadly died of his condition, but throughout the year long process of figuring out what was wrong with him and many many vet bills I was happy to say Insurance emporium made the process very easy all things considered. They covered for his condition and that gave me great peace of mind. When I got my cat and my dog I first thought of insurance emporium for insurance and happy to be with them. When my Dalmatian Murphy was diagnosed with cancer these guys dealt with the vets directly no issues in paying his bills took all the pressure off of my family ag a really awful time Absolutely awesome company some much so have insured other dog with them and recommended when ever anyone asks Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

We have been with Emporium since 2020 and due to a medical issue with our pet we had to pull upon our insurance policy. It was so simple with easy communication, a friendly but professional service and a very speedy response. Emporium dealt with our vet directly at the end with payments and communicated the whole process by mail to us so that we knew where we were. Very happy customers. And our pet is now fighting fit! I have been with Emporium for several years now the customer service team are friendly and efficient. They dealt with my claim quickly and explained what I needed to do.
