I seriously think that you can not beat the quality of service and the low prices of the Insurance Emporium. At present I have only pet insurance via the Insurance Emporium but in future I will look to them for all my insurance needs as it makes sense to deal with a company that provides such value. Fantastic company and really great policy

The Insurance Emporium have been brilliant. We had both our cats insured with them. When we sadly lost one of our beloved cats this year they handled everything for us with compassion and I didn’t have to worry about doing anything. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Our cat has suffered from declining health in the last few years and The Insurance Emporium has been there for us and him. Excellent response y causing

I had only has my Lhasa Apso puppy, Oscar, for a few months when he stepped on a dead bramble which flicked up and caught him in the eye. I was absolutely devastated when five hours later he lost his eye due to the injury causing an abscess which had subsequently burst. The veterinary surgery was excellent as was the Insurance Emporium. The claim procedure was simple, just needing to complete a claim form which the veterinary surgery forwarded to the Insurance Emporium and the vet’s fee was paid into my bank account within a few days. Straight forward, no hassle

I’ve had a few issues with my horse, ranging from Kissing spines to fetlock arthritis. It’s been upsetting to say the least & also worrying from a financial point of view. Insurance Emporium have dealt with every single claim without question or hassle. Just the type of service you need as a concerned owner. Thank you so much! I recommend to all my fellow horse owners & have actually commented to your staff on occasions, praising their personal service which of course they appreciated. Fast payout, really easy to talk to pj the phone, will help with everything and not keep you on hold for hours. Any problem I have is sorted within 20 minutes!
