Absolutely flawless claims process

We had an emergency with our dog Bella & she had to have an operation the service was fabulous at a very stressful and scary time. Amazing service

When my Greyhound had kidney failure and died I was treated with empathy and understanding by the operative on the phone. The money was paid out quickly for treatment needed. The website is easy to navigate, and no “hidden” costs. Their correspondence is always easy to read and they keep me regularly updated.
