Fast payout/ 5* service

Started my equine policy in March had a claim in May. Excellent service & quick payment to my vet. Very affordable so I moved my 2 dogs over too from a higher costing insurer. Definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Top dog insurance

My dog has had two cruciate operations in the past year plus ongoing Physiotherapy . My claims have been very promptly acknowledged and paid with no fuss. It’s great to know you can fully rely on Emporium with excellent cover in their pet insurance policies . Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Great insurance company

Really happy with the insurance provided, from the minute I called up for a quote. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, short wait times, and a fair price. Unfortunately had to make a claim, and the process was straight forward. Very happy with the company and have recommended friends that have since taken out insurance with them.
