Friendly, easy and compassionate

Since April we've had to claim a lot as our older dog developed diabetes with underlying issues. They have dealt with everything quickly and the communication has been great. When we lost our dog the emails were personal and just lovely. We have a 2nd dog also insured and can't fault them Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Outstanding service

My 11-year lab was recently diagnosed with a squamous cell carcinoma which resulted in a digit on his left paw having to be amputated. The Insurance Emporium paid up very quickly and without fuss. An excellent service. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Fantastic pet insurance company

I have a rescue dog who has had numerous specialist surgery's

Without the amazing 30 days rolling cover limit for Elsa, I would not have been able to pay for her surgeries which have not only extended her life but given her a fantastic quality of life- we are so greatful for the last 5 years peace of mind. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
