Highly efficient

Would recommend

I have taken out a lifetime policy for my rescue dog Jess with The Insurance Emporium for the past 2 years. Unfortunately we have had to make claims in both years for Vet and Orthopaedic Specialist appointments and treatments. Although the aforementioned were slow in completing the required paperwork, once submitted to The Insurance Emporium they kept us posted every step of the way and we received payment incredibly quickly. Secure in the knowledge were covered

Have all our cats insured with this company (5) Have only had to make 2 claims to date, unfortunately one was for our beautiful kitten Ravi, who sadly could not be saved. The people at The insurance emporium where so wonderful and helpful during this immensely sad time, we were dealt with the upmost care and compassion and claim was settled very quickly, allowing us to grieve without added worry.
