Good value

Really good value for money, a year after taking pet insurance out, the premium went down Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Amazing & so empathetic when necessary

I chose to take out another policy with them after their amazing service for the 1st dog I had insured with them. She had an ongoing condition & there was never any quibble with the numerous claims I made. Sadly she died suddenly, unconnected with her condition & again no quibble over the death payment as she was so young. They were great. I actually hope I never have to make a claim of them with my 2nd dog. I recommend whenever I’m asked. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Reliable insurance

Insurance emporium have provided very good cover for the last few years for my 17 year old Maine coon cat for his arthritis and to investigate weight loss. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Wouldn't insure my pets with anyone else.

Have all five of my pets insured with insurance Emporium and I recommend them to everyone. Their lunar monthly lifetime policy's are just what every per owner should have. Always quick to answer the phone and really listen to their customers. Would recommend them time and time again. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Good company to deal with

Great service when you really need it

I have 3 horse and 2 dog policies and the staff could not be more helpful when making claims or renewing. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Fantastic support and quick response

When both my cats needed treatment at the vet I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they dealt with my claim. It's always a worry when you have vet's fees, but Insurance Emporium take that stress and worry away!! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Brilliant company!

We have four ponies insured with Insurance Emporium. The cost is amazing (much cheaper than our previous insurers, as it has halved our previous costs). I was a little anxious about whether the response would be so efficient, in the event of a claim, but when we needed to claim for one of our ponies the response was fast, and efficient with no stress. I often speak to fellow horse owners and recommend Insurance Emporium to them, when they hear how much I was paying with a rival company for no better service, they are amazed! Very easy to deal with and great customer service when I needed them

I had to claim a few years ago on two separate occasions when my beloved bichon needed plates in both back legs. You were easy to deal with and made the difficult times bareable due to no fuss through my vets with the insurance.
