Amazing customer service

My cat had a sudden serious issue and when I called up TIE with a small question about my claim, the advisor was so kind. She talked me through everything, made sure I fully understood the process and was very proactive in supporting me. The best thing was that she seemed to really care about my cat and what we were going through. Great Insurers

Best ever animal insurance company

Best insurance company pay out no questions ! My two GSDs have had genuine claims ! The vet and animal hospital were paid their invoices and kept updated ! My renewal only went up by a small amount ! They are the BEST Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
