Easy insurance

Friendly Service with a simple and easy claims process

We've had pet insurance for 2 years now with the Insurance Emporium. It's always a bit worrying when choosing an insurance provider as you don't know the level of service until you need to claim, which you hope to never need! Anyway, when we had to make a claim for our Hungarian Vizsla we were delighted to find the process straightforward and had no issues with the claims process. We were delighted to renew for a 2nd year and hope to be a customer for many more years. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Stress-free customer service

During my time being with The Insurance Emporium I only have good words to say as when disaster struck with my horse and I needed them during a very stressfull and scary time, they were there and that means alot to me. I found their staff so easy to deal with, they explained the way the claims process works as this was my first time making one and I generally found their service to be stress-free and they made me feel like I was being looked after. Polite and responsive

The only hitch I have had in the years with The Insurance Emporium was with a credit card switch. Once discovered, PE acted quickly to sort out the problem, to everyone's satisfaction. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
