Untrusting

I needed to make a claim and I was treated like a criminal - in short they’re no different than any other Insurance company looking for a Way to wriggle out of paying any claim. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

No quibbles

My claims have been processed with no problems at all. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the payment does take a while to hit your bank account. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

All Round Amazing!

This company has everything and is the perfect choice for a pet insurance company. We have our four cats insured with them and every claimed has been paid out quickly and efficiently with no issues at all. Their customer service is also great, I have phoned many times with questions or to make changes and they are friendly and informative. I lost one of my cats recently and the person I spoke to comforted me over the phone when cancelling that policy. Made me feel that they truly care about their customers. On top of all this the policies they offer are brilliant! Without the direct debit option (which renews cover every month) we could not have offered the multiple surgeries and scans one of our cats needed. Will be staying with this company for sure! Great so far - even if payouts were a little bit slow

Our claim went through with no major problems. The only downside was that our claim took a month from the date we had to pay the vet to when we received the money back which meant that we were down nearly £500 for a month. Not all of this was the Insurance Emporium's fault - it took half that time for the vet to even send over the paperwork, but it would have been less stressful had the process been quicker from start to finish (we got to the point where we had £2 left at the end of the month to live on!) Affordable cover and quibble free claims.

I would recommend The Insurance Emporium as their prices are very competitive and customer service fantastic. I made a claim this year for one of my dogs and it was an easy hassle free procedure. I was kept informed about the process and the claim was settled quickly. Reviewed on: 7th October 2021
