Easy communication and speedy resolution when our dog needed an operation

Our dog was in need of surgery and after contacting the insurance Emporium they dealt with our requests and claims quickly and the communication was easy. Made the decision to go for insurance all worthwhile. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Cheap but not great pet insurance

I would. Not recommend. I have had pet insurance with both my dogs for several years but they try to wriggle out of paying and are very unhelpful on lone. Their processes do not help the pet owner at a time when treatment is needed and things are upsetting and stressful. They simply state their recorded policy terms. I will not renew again. When I have claimed the excess is high £145 and I pay a percentage of the costs I never get much back. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

Friendly efficient and reasonably priced
