Clear, concise and customer friendly

Customer service assistance is excellent! Have never had to wait on hold for a response and assistants are always personable. Claims are dealt with promptly and communication is very consistent. Notice of exemptions given is succinct and understandable (with a senior pet) and questions regarding policy are answered in a user friendly, time sensitive manor. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Excellent service

our dog had to have two warts removed. I wasn't sure if my policy would cover this but it did with no if's or buts. Nice to report an insurance company for doing it's job properly. Too many don't these days. Well done Insurance Emporium Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Only pay part of any consultation fees
