Our Poorly Pup

Our dog Monty stopped eating and was loosing weight. He needed to have a few tests done. X-rays, blood tests and scans showed nothing so the vet did an exploratory operation. In all our worry and concern for our much loved dog, we didn’t need to worry at all about making a claim. It was so easy and straight forward and everything was done as they said it would. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others, we will certainly renew next year. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020

Superb comfort

Unfortunately we had to call on our insurance policy for medical attention to our K C Spaniel. The whole process was handled very quickly directly by our vets without our involvement. Everything was processed quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020

Fantastic Friendly Customer Services and best all round price

I required pet insurance so put the details in to google and the best price came out as The Insurance Emporium. I contacted the Customer Services due to an issue with my pet and they were friendly, understanding and got my issue sorted without any fuss. Great Service and Communication

I always check the market whenever an insurance policy is due for renewal and I nearly always have to change providers to get the best cover at the right price. However, with Insurance Emporium I have been able to renew for 3 years running, despite having to make a Pet insurance claim in the 2nd year. Furthermore their service is very good and their explanation of their cover and terms and conditions are written in plain English and are quite easy to understand, unlike most insurance documentation! No quibble payment
