how insurance should work

I Filled an insurance claim form, and sent my dogs medical history, all becausei had changed vets and TIE felt the treatment should have been included from my previous vets and wanted to know if i wanted to include that on my claim....job done Thats how insurance should work!! Satisfied customer

The claim was assessed and paid within a week and in accordance with the policy. I did not have to follow up to ask questions. Really helpful and paid out quickly for my injured cat

I have already recommended to some of my family after the insurance emporium were great every time I rang taking the time to talk me through everything, and whilst I hadn’t got enough cover to cover the surgery completely they did pay out very quickly which saved us nearly £2000 that we would have found very difficult to afford had we not had insurance. Only reasonable deal we could find

Insurance Emporium were the only company to offer an insurance package containing the cover we needed for our dogs for a reasonable price. Unfortunately we had to claim on the insurance in the first year and they paid out, stress free, no questions asked. Very good service so far. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020
