Helpful

The Insurance Emporium offer a good range of covers. As we have 4 cats this was very helpful. One was very dadly injured, and the IE were extremely helpful and supportive. No red tape, and easy to deal with. Luckily the little chap has done well after major surgery. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

amazing service

We insured our dog, a Hungarian Vizsle with Emporium. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were making enquiry about which insurance to choose. Then in January our dog had an accident and Emporium had supported us throughout and had processed our climb very quickly. I highly recommend them to any new potential customer. Great service!

I found the Insurance Emporium through an insurance compare website a year or so ago. Recently I’ve had to put through a claim for my pet on two separate occasions, I always felt comfortable to call up the team and knew they would answer my questions swiftly! Fast dealt with claim, friendly service

I recently took out insurance with the Emporium and unfortunately had to make a claim only 2 weeks after taking out the policy! Phoned up and asked how I put in a claim and spoke to a very helpful, friendly man on the phone. My forms were filled out by me and sent of buy the Vets and I received my money about a week after placing the claim - this is very fast for an insurance company and exactly why we take out insurance in the first place. Definitely recommended and will 100% renew with them next year assuming their prices are reasonable. Thank you! Reviewed on: 4th August 2020
