Easy and professional

Very efficient , caring and the claim was settled quickly

Our elderly cat, Boris, became unwell and we made two claims this year. Sadly he had to be put to sleep in July. Professional

I wanted a pet insurance plan for my greyhound, Emporium were so professional in giving a quote and explained everything very carefully to ensure I was properly covered. Definitely one of the best insurers around. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Simple, effective & supportive

We have been with the company (that was once E&L Insurance) for nearly 11 years. In this time we have had great support & understanding. It has always been easy to simply obtain a quote for a new horse online & then discuss any issues if they have arisen. Over this period we have had much support with investigate stomach ulcers & sadly having to deal with an extreme case of surgical colic. The experience was so traumatic (& made worse for the fact that it was just before Christmas, so members of staff from our veterinary practice & the insurance company were due to be on annual leave). If it had not been for the support we received, I do not know how we would have found a way through? I would highly recommend the service of the Insurance Emporium & thank them for their continued support & care. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
