Very friendly and helpful

Prompt, efficient, understanding, friendly

Without the financial help - without question - I have no doubt my dog would be put to sleep by now. The Insurance Emporium covered virtually all the costs associated with getting revolutionary stem cell treatment for arthritis and elbow dysplasia. I cannot thank them enough. Stay Safe everyone. Very easy to deal with

I was given a leaflet to insure my wedding dress when I bought it in 2019, we decided to get our whole wedding insurance cover with The Insurance Emporium . Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we were forced to postpone our wedding until next year. Restored my faith in insurance companies - number one insurer without a doubt!!

Unfortunately we had to use our insurance cover this year as our dog became very poorly and needed emergency treatment and an operation. The process was smooth and very simple, there was no haggling to try and get out of paying etc, our vet submitted the bill and it was paid within a matter of days, no questions. As soon as I realised I had to make a claim, I was more than worried as we could not afford the vet bills, and based on previous insurance experience, I didn't hold out much hope.... My nerves were put at ease, sympathetic staff on the phones and very knowledgeable - totally restored my faith in insurance companies. I have recommended The Insurance Emporium to many friends and family and will continue to do so! They saved my dogs life and for that I'll be forever grateful! Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Pet insurance

I insured my beautiful cat Skippy with the Insurance Emporium after receiving a very favourable price even though he was an elderly cat around 14. The second years premium was a bit more than I expected and when I questioned it, they reduced it which I was very happy about. Sadly Skippy became very poorly in November 2019 and died in December 2019. The Staff at the Insurance Emporium offered their condolences which made me feel valued as a customer. I made a claim and was very happy and surprised at how much I received to cover vets fees, even though I had only been with the company for around two years. Satified customer and looked after family pet dog

Initially went with The Insurance Emporium based on cost. Was very happy that they don't seem (unlike their competitors) to penalise loyalty. When it came to a claim the paperwork was easy for the vet to deal with and we are happy with the insurance and cover going forwards. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
