Great customer service

I have insured my dog with them and when it came to renewal the price was unfortunately too high for me to manage. I rang to cancel and the phone operator was very helpful and offered me a great alternative that was cheaper but still covered everything my pet needs. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Easy to deal

Out of all the insurance companies I have dealt with, Insurance Emporuim have been by far the easiest and fairest. They are easy to us and are quick to pay out. I have four dogs and they have been the best pet insurers by far. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Fast simple reliable

Pets have accidents like kids. This lets you know they are cared for when a huge bill comes in. My pets NHS, always there. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
