Good value, easy to deal with and tailored to my requirements

We have an older dog, we haven't need to claim as yet. As the dog gets older the Premiums understandably start to increase. The Insurance Emporium offers good value compared to their competitors and provide the type and style of cover that I feel we need for Dave the dog! Best pet insurance

I have never had an issue with this provider. I’ve used them for years for all 3 of my cats. By far the best insurance and such an affordable monthly price! Would definitely recommend this provider to anyone. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Excellent cover for a poorly cat

We had to make 3 seperate claims in succession for our poorly cat. I spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who was empathetic and gave me advice on what was covered for referral to a specialist vet and the levels of cover for different investigations, overnight stays etc. She also helped me allow the specialist to lease with the insurance directly. I submitted the claim forms online expecting them to take a while to sort but they only took a week or two and I had confirmation the vets had been paid. To be honest I was pretty impressed overall. My experience

I unfortunately had to make a claim for both of my dogs last year. The claim process was really easy, customer service team fabulous and both claims were paid within a few days. What more can you ask for! Fantastic company. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Excellent customer service quick response to query

There are so many pet insurances to choose from and I like to speak to a person not an automated call , I phoned and was answered quickly speak to a lovely lady who answered all my questions confidently with no pressure ..it was also reassuring that the policy stated within 14 days not like some instances that started after a year or more . Never a hassle

I use The Insurance Emporium to insure my four little chihuahuas. The overall price for the four of them is great! Sadly I have had to claim for two of my fur baby's. The claim process was quick and simple. The great customer service team helped every step of the way.
