When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Quick, easy, pet and customer centered

When my dog needed a minor operation, I called the customer care line. The lady I spoke to was friendly and caring. The claim form was emailed to me immediately. Having only started the insurance this year for my new horse they were extremely helpful when working out which cover i would need. Sadly then had to claim due to my horse experiencing stomach ulcers & again the claims team were extremely helpful & efficient. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
