When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Very competitive price and good cover and service.

I couldn’t believe how much cheaper the emporium was compared to my previous pet insurer. I wasn’t exactly sure the cover would work. Unfortunately during that year my beloved dog became very ill and with no chance of recovery had to be put to sleep. My policy covered all I could expect with no fuss or hassle. My cats insurance

Excellent service

when my labrador had to have her eye removed due to a tumour EI were fab. They paid the vet within a few days so there was no delay they dealt directly with the vet to put my mind at rest so I could concentrate on getting her well. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Great low cost insurance

I joined insurance emporium as they were one of the only insurance companies who would offer a lifetime insurance for my older cat. They are also really low cost for the services they provide. I haven't had any issues with them. Customer service have always been helpful. Luckily, I haven't had to claim anything yet but I feel confident that if the time comes, I'll be dealt with efficiently. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020
