when my labrador had to have her eye removed due to a tumour EI were fab. They paid the vet within a few days so there was no delay they dealt directly with the vet to put my mind at rest so I could concentrate on getting her well. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Great low cost insurance

I joined insurance emporium as they were one of the only insurance companies who would offer a lifetime insurance for my older cat. They are also really low cost for the services they provide. I haven't had any issues with them. Customer service have always been helpful. Luckily, I haven't had to claim anything yet but I feel confident that if the time comes, I'll be dealt with efficiently. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Honest and upfront

I brought a puppy in 2019 and was advised by the breeder to use Emporium. The premium was fair so I used them without much consideration. Within a year my puppy had damaged his leg quite severely during a daily walk. The insurance covered us with just the access to pay. The process was simple and straightforward, and the money was paid directly to my vets so less hassle for me. I had to claim through insurance emporium for my dog, the whole situation in it self was so stressful because my dog was going through trauma, on top of that having stress of a huge bill and all paperwork is so unnecessary but insurance emporium made it all so easy and worth the while being with them for this long. Simple solutions - hassle free - friendly

My dog was involved in a minor accident where he pulled his lead from me and ran into the road. His old insurer wouldn't cover him again as they said he was high risk ( 5yrs old and never claimed a thing before that ). The Insurance Emporium saw no problem in covering him, they just added a clause in his policy !!! Now why can't others do that instead of trying to make a meal out of it ! Reviewed on: 30th July 2020
