the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great service & excellent value

Provided a good insurance policy for our cat. Very helpful when she became ill talked me through the process on treatment &how to submit a claim on the policy. Just what we needed when feeling anxious and under stress caring for a sick pet. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Super Service

Both my dogs (brothers) developed cancer at same time. They needed extensive investigations and treatment. Insurance Emporium were excellent, paid the claims promptly and were very sympathetic to my situation. Would not hesitate to recommend. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Hassle free & empathic service

My mare had to have surgery & all bills were paid to the limit of my insurance within a week of submitting. When I lost my mare some months later, again it was very easy & all communications were very kind. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

empathy when dealing with a tragedy

We tragically lost our 7 year old lab to a brain tumour. She needed numerous tests costing thousands of pound. Through the whole process from the initial vet visit, through the specialist tests and finally our labs sad demise The Insurance Emporium helped us all the way. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Absolutely Brilliant

We have our rescue Shih Tzu, Mabel insured with Insurance Emporium. As she was a rescue we did not have knowledge of her medical history but as she was an ex-Puppy farm breeder, we suspect she wasn’t loved or cared for. Mabel has has 2 expensive operations, to be fair we were dreading the renewal premium as we (wrongly) assumed that the premiums would increase a lot as we made 2 claims. However, they didn’t, i was so surprised that I did question it but they explained how they were different demo other insurance companies. So whatever their criteria is works for us.
