the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great prompt payout

Never had any issues

Great friendly service

The thing I love about insurance emporium is you never get any problems with them and they leave you to it. Prices are very cheap and you get a lot of deals, we have two dogue de Bordeaux’s insured with them and as you can imagine they are giant breads so insurance can be very pricey but Insurance Emporium have helped us out with very competitive pricing and don’t up the prices too much when it comes to renewal. Peace of Mind with easy to understand TCS and Cs, given with TLC!

I haven't had the need to claim on any policy with the Insurance emporium, which is no bad thing. However, should the unfortunate need arise I know I am covered, exactly what to do next and how to speak to someone. Other companies I have used had such complex terms and conditions with hidden excess extras it always felt like a minefield and I dreaded the day I would need to use them. Eveything is laid out nice and simply with the Insurance Emporium, I don't get bombarded by calls or messages either, so far a very different experience, in a good way! Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Brilliant Cover for my pets, total peace of mind for unexpected Vet Bills

I cant recommend Insurance Emporium enough for pet insurance. After spending £1000 in one month on one of my senior cats I decided to take out pet insurance. With 10 cats my vet bills can and do come often and usually unexpectedly. Insurance Emporium have covered every claim i have made for them which has really helped me out. I will never cancel the insurance as it gives me incredible peace of mind knowing that should anything come up they will help out. Premiums are very reasonable and tproved invaluable to me.
