the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Reliable

Excellent prices

I first joined because of the price of the product I purchased. When it comes to renewal I normally change providers because the renewal is so high. Not so with this company, therefore this will be my 3rd year with them. Luckily I have not had to claim on my policy. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Efficient and a pleasure to deal with!

When I needed to adjust our policy it was no trouble at all. I got through easily on the phone and the change was handled there and then. The advisor was great. The insurance price was also one of the best around. Very pleased, have already recommend to friends! Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Horse claim

I have unfortunately had to claim a few time’s over the years for horse vet bills. The insurance emporium have always been superb in processing my claims efficiently and are always on hand to offer help with any questions I have had. Great customer service is what keeps me coming back

The Insurance Emporium offer an excellent product but the most important part of any company is how you treat your customers. Proper cover
