When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Good Value, Fast Claims Handling, Covers Senior Pets

Have been with the Insurance Emporium for years and even though I have not had to claim on all the policies, the ones I have and do claim on have meant the difference between treating and medicating correctly and making do! Claims have been quickly handled, customer service is approachable. The policy increase each year has been minimal so far, and the co-pay/excess on the each claim is reasonable. This is the only affordable company I have come across and also offers different levels of cover, whilst insuring senior animals. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

Great value and excellent service

I have had lots of pets over the years. The premiums with The Insurance Emporium are very competitive, and they have always reimbursed my vet bills. I think they are excellent, and I always recommend them in my Facebook groups where pet owners are asking for help on which insurance company to choose. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024
