When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great Customer Service

I have been with the insurance emporium for over 2 years and although this is not a great length of time, i have experienced no issues when needing call or confirming my cover. I have 2 dogs insured at the highest level. The policy was explained throughly on both counts. I cannot find any fault with the service i have been given so far. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Great pet cover

Have used these to cover my pet for a few years now this year when it came to the renewal this year because of the age of our dog now and on advice from the vet, we know longer needed pet cover as if she had any really bad condition because of her age it would be more likely that she would need to be put to sleep, the insurance emporium absolutely understood this and put know pressure on to take the renewal, the service they give is great and if I need pet insurance in the future I would use them again.
