the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Not penalised after claim

We have two pets insured with The Insurance Emporium - a young one and an older (senior) one. To our surprise we needed to make a claim on the young one (one year old). The total claim was just short of £5000 and we expected the premium to rise in the next year. Amazingly the premium actually reduced a little the following year. Brilliant! Efficient claim process, hassle free and fast payouts

Fast, efficient, did not rip me off...

Simple, quick and easy
