Feeling Reassured

Great response regarding Pug surgery claim.

Our little Pug had to have surgery and we decided we'd claim for the cost (having foregone claiming for other issues before). The procedure was done, forms got filled, I left them with the vet who processed their part and sent them on to 'Emporium'. Fantastic Insurers

This is the only time I’ve ever had to make an insurance claim and sadly it was because my best friend (my dog) was really poorly. Insurance Emporium were amazing and made the whole thing so straight forward meaning I could concentrate on my dog. Safety net for accident-prone cat!

Franky not well

When Frank was felling unwell at the beginning of the year I phoned emporieom up and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. Simple process to claim, clearly set out.

I sent my claim form to my vet, who forwarded it on. I was kept updated at the different stages and the credit was quickly in my account when the claim was complete. Extremely straight forward. Reviewed on: 20th July 2020

Horse had an external injury on hock
