When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

My Labrador needed surgery on both eyelids. The Emporium insurance company were helpful throughout. From my first enquiry for a claim form, right through to settling the claim quickly and without any problems, unnecessary questions or intimidation in any way whatsoever. Contact was made with the Eye Vet Clinic and payment made promptly to them as arranged. I am full of praise for the efficiency and sympathetic approach of the people I was in phone contact with and the way my claim was handled. Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

Horse Insurance Claim

I have owned my pony for over 11 years and never had to claim for on my insurance before so when it happened this year, especially during the pandemic I was understandably unsettled. The customer service from The Insurance Emporium has been fantastic , they made me feel at ease whenever I phoned to talk about my policy/claim and were so helpful with my questions whilst I was stressing! Stress Free - Good to know your there for me

Very simple service yet again, had some claims over the past few years for unexpected vet related fees which would have put me financially in difficulty with out this policy, allowed one of my pets to get the surgery she so desperately needed which I probably wouldn’t have been able to afford without at £3500 Reviewed on: 16th July 2020
