I know I hadn’t been with this company very long when Tilly became ill and sadly died, they were very quick sorting out my policy claim for which I thank them, it was an extremely sad time. Reviewed on: 5th September 2019

We unfortunately had to claim on our policy following the tragic death of my mare. The IE were fantastic in both their customer service and in the fact they were quick to review and pay our claim. Would recommend and buy from them again. Reviewed on: 5th September 2019

Professional and personal - the perfect balance

My Dog suffered a minor injury, but needed surgery, and as expected costs ran into the hundreds of pounds. I immediately contacted my pet insurers The Insurance Emporium, and they guided me through the process, from completing the claim form to agreeing the payment method, all in a very short space of time. I would expect this of any insurer, but the Agents at the Insurance Emporium exceeded the expected professionalism with great customer service and empathy. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 5th September 2019
